I'm posting this in three parts. Here's the first part:

1. Please describe the physical appearance of a house elf.

House elves are between two to three feet tall, with spindly arms and legs and over-sized heads and eyes. They have pointed, bat-like ears and high, squeaky voices. Rather than conventional clothing, house-elves wear discarded items like pillowcases and tea-towels.

2. Kreacher is the house elf of which wizarding family?

3. What is Hermione Granger making for the house elves?

hats and socks

4. How do you free a house elf?

If their owner gives them an article of clothing, it breaks the "enslavement" and the house-elf is free.

5. What does S.P.E.W. stand for?

What I like about the Weasley twins is their flair for escapades and shenanigans. They like to spend a lot of time exploring areas that they aren't supposed to enter. They are the staunch enemies of pretension, authority, and pessimism. Their best weapon is a pointed, wicked sense of humor and inventive, original ideas.

With Hermione, while I'm a great believer in rules are made to be broken, I do love that

she believes she can find the answer in the library and solve the problem herself with

some perseverance.

Hermione Jean Granger

Because Hermione is not afraid to be smart and tough. She is resourceful, principled and brilliant. She reads voraciously and looks for answers in the library. She has a great memory and can reason her way through difficult situations that stump everyone else.

"Books! And cleverness! There are more important things -- friendship and bravery."

Only a true Gryffindor would say that!

Fred Weasley

Fred Weasley is one of the many Weasley children and the twin brother of George Weasley. He is a reckless soul, often getting into trouble with his twin because of their knack to cause trouble and wreak havoc around Hogwarts. Fred and George also play as beaters on the Gryffindor Quidditch team. To escape out of Dolores Umbridge, George and he cause chaos and disorder in Hogwarts and fly away on their broomsticks. Though he is a prankster, he is a family man at heart, and a prominent member of the Order of the Phoenix. 

Upon their 'departure' from Hogwarts in 1995, Fred and George opened a joke shop called 'Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes', which specializes in products for students hoping to get out of class. Finally, after forgiving his brother Percy, he is killed in the Battle of Hogwarts. 

Fred: "...we've decided we don't care about getting into 

trouble any more."

Hermione: "Have you ever?"

George Weasley

George Weasley is the classic prankster and twin brother of Fred Weasley. George is one of the Weasley children, with he and his twin right in the middle of the 7 Weasley children. He and his brother are the ultimate jokers of Hogwarts, often targeting the caretaker Argus Filch for their mischievious antics. He leaves Hogwarts during his seventh year to open a joke shop with his brother, a shop which sells products that can make Hogwarts life a lot easier for a student, and harder for a teacher.

In the seventh film, trying to help Harry to escape from Privet Drive, Severus Snape accidentally cuts his right ear with Sectumsempra. Later, he participates in the battle of Hogwarts.
Years later, he marries his twin's old girlfriend, Angelina Johnson,and he names his child Fred, in memoriam of his brother. He still works in his shop, helped by his brother Ron Weasley.
